If you can’t visit one of our several retail locations, Victors Promise offers shipping via UPS for all orders placed on VictorsPromise.com Shipping via UPS usually takes up to 3-7 business days to arrive to any destination within the US.
Please allow at least one business day for your order to be processed prior to shipping. Our most expedited shipping option (UPS overnight) is available for customers who need their robe for that important date or smoking jacket for the last minute Vegas bender. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends, so any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped no earlier than the following Tuesday.

Returns to a Shop:
Only VP products & merchandise purchased online can be returned. All products & merchandise purchased at any one of the retail outlets must be returned at the location of purchase.
• Victors Promise guarantees all merchandise 30 days from the receipt of shipment.
• Returned items must be clean and with all hang tags attached.
• No credits will be issued for items that have been worn.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Please note: We do not refund original shipping and handling charges.
