VictorsPromise.com currently accepts credit cards (Visa and  Mastercard). Unfortunately we do not accept checks or money orders.

We pride ourselves in our products and services, so that you can take pride in wearing VP.  After placing an order, you will receive three e-mails: one to verify your order, one to confirm your order has processed, and another to notify you that your purchase has shipped. If that isn't enough e-mails, you can subscribe to our mailing list where you can receive the goods and even sweeter deals.

SALES TAX

A sales tax is applied to all orders placed within California.

SHIPPING

We can totally work with you to get the VP gear you want when you want it. If you can’t visit one of our several retail locations, Victors Promise offers shipping via UPS for all orders placed on VictorsPromise.com Shipping via UPS usually takes up to 3-7 business days to arrive to any destination within the US.

Please allow at least one business day for your order to be processed prior to shipping. Our most expedited shipping option (UPS overnight) is available for customers who need their robe for that important date or smoking jacket for the last minute Vegas bender. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends, so any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped no earlier than the following Tuesday.

Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses at this time.

RETURNS

We believe in attention to detail and take pride in the quality of our products.  We want to ensure that you find the best possible fit for you.  However, if you received the wrong color or size, or maybe it just wasn't your style, you can return it. We stand behind a 100% Product Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. 

Returns by Mail:

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

    1. Please download, print out and complete this form.

    2. Pack up your return and include this form with the package.

Once we receive your package, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your card or bank account.

Returns to a Shop:

Only VP products & merchandise purchased online can be returned.  All products & merchandise purchased at any one of the retail outlets must be returned at the location of purchase.

    • Victors Promise guarantees all merchandise 30 days from the receipt of shipment.

    • Returned items must be clean and with all hang tags attached.

    • No credits will be issued for items that have been worn.

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    • Please note: We do not refund original shipping and handling charges.

    • Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of you package for your refund to be processed.
